The Generator Place gets the full 5 stars from me. They have a great online website, they stock what they sell, and the equipment is sent super fast, packaged safely and labeled correctly. They are also the most competitively priced seller around today. Thank you to Michael and the team for the excellent service. We needed to use the Generator the week we purchased it due to the recent storms knocking our power out for 18 hours. The Generator started straight of the box and ran without fault to keep 4 fridges / freezers running with only a couple of refills. The instructions I received at pickup helped me when pulling the Generator out of the box at midnight. I was back in bed in less than half an hour from unpacking to plugging in. Thanks again. I have already shared your details and special offers with family and they have now bought their Generator also.

After doing some research purchased a new Honda 2.2 generator and jump starter unit for use with our caravan. Michael was very prompt with our order and delivery occurred next day. after setting up unit to test ability to run our aircon an issue was identified that our inverter was not compatible with using generator. After further phones and emails Michael provided great advice in resolving the issues we had. Excellent service. 5/5.

Recently I purchased a 1000A Lithium Polymer jump starter from you and found the company extremely knowledgeable & efficient dispatching it quickly for delivery interstate. Having previously purchased a Honda generator and service kit I didn't hesitate in dealing with you again. Just after receiving the jump starter the batteries on my 4.2L diesel Toyota Landcruiser died and the jump starter started the vehicle with ease which requires 2 large batteries to deliver 2,500 watts to start the motor. Thanks for 2 great products.

Very quick delivery, and packaged well.All is going well at the moment. I started it up first go and have done a little bit of running in for about 10 min. Doesn’t sound very loud at all, which is good.I bought it as a back-up resource so hopefully don’t need to use it that often, but are mindful that it is a great product to rely on in an emergency as well. Probably would be good to run it a couple of times a year and to remove fuel between times due to issues that I have read about of stale fuel.

Phoned Generator Place 1.20pm Tuesday got a Excellent EOFY Deal on a EU22i Honda, paid for it five minutes later, the Generator was delivered by 1030am the next day that's under 24 hours and three hundred K away and the state is in Covid Lock Down How Good is that? Generator Place Excellent to Deal with recommend highly.

After trying so many different places to get a Honda E70, I was asked by Suzanne if I wanted to go on a waitlist and I would be contacted once it had come in as there had been shortages due to covid... This was months ago, and I had all but given up.. But true to her word, I got a phone call as soon as the generator arrived in the country. Rhonda the Honda arrived on the day after we lost power from a massive storm. For 5 days she worked day and night without skipping a beat. It was so quiet that we didn’t hear her even though she was right near our bedroom.. I am so happy I waited for the E70, as it was perfect for what we needed it for… Running our fridge, lights, water pump, charging phones and boiling the kettle etc etc..Thanks for the great service, and I have already recommended you to a friend..

I purchased a 2.2 Honda over the 1800 number from Browns Plains and found a company that provides the good old fashioned service that people expect but rarely receive.
