Thanks for your great service during my recent online purchase of the Honda EU22i generator. My purchase arrived within a couple of days to country South Australia, which i was very impressed with. It was also very safely boxed and labeled. After unpacking it, and giving it a quick look over, i gave it a few test runs. It starts so incredibly well, and runs smoothly and quietly. I also gave it a tough test, by running it with both a heater, and a heat gun. Asking it for all of its output, the generator did it with absolute ease, and didn’t even sound like it was on the edge of its limit. The real surprise was even though it was supposedly at maximum capacity, the revs remained constant and it remained quiet, which was exactly the opposite to my chinese model generator that sounded like it was on the verge of giving up, and sounding like it too..!! I bit the bullet and paid for the quality, and thats exactly what i got. Its a very sound investment and i am glad i chose it. Cannot say enough about “The generator place” under the circumstances they were having a difficult day but they were exceptional, after placing the order they delivered my Honda generator next day and after checking that it was complete, had oil etc one pull and as I expected from Honda reliability it started..just have to go camping now to give it the real test. The Generator Place was a fantastic service to us. While sailing the Hawkesbury we realised that we needed a generator to boost our batteries during a four day rain event. As we were not familiar with Sydney the Generator Place contacted the nearest store to our anchorage and organised for the Honda generator to be collected that afternoon. Hi, I would like to thank you for your excellent service that I received and also your pricing that you gave me was really appreciated, if I bought from my home town would have cost me a hell of a lot more as they don’t care if other Honda store are doing specials they still charge full price, in dealing with your excellent staff with great knowledge you saved me over $1000 plus I got 2 generator covers, service kit, the bonus pack, heavy duty extension lead, freight and the generator mat and this was on top of over $1000 savings. Will definitely be using your services again. Thanks Tony

Morning, I purchased a Honda Generator from the team at the Adelaide Camping show. We have just returned from a bush camping weekend where the generator was being used all the time to keep the fridge, toaster and phones going.
